Art & Culture Rebuilding Program The Oregon Community Foundation has announced details of its Arts and Culture Rebuilding Program. Funding will go to arts & culture organizations to rebuild and strengthen the sector through support for general operations, capacity-building, small capital projects, and new or expanding programs or projects.
