The Oregon Legislature has taken a decisive step in supporting the arts and culture sector by approving Senate Bill 5701. This bill includes funding for Cultural Resource Economic Fund (CREF) projects and anchor arts organizations. After the disappointing lack of funding for these projects in 2023, this new bill is a significant win for the sector
